1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration and Security

9 Intellectual Property

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m.55bmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and involve financial risk;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including telecommunications outages or Internet Service Provider issues in the Philippines or elsewhere;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain the security of their credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any nature; or
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, m.55bmw's maximum liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the balance standing in your m.55bmw account at the time the claim arose.

11 Suspension and Termination

m.55bmw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• There is a reasonable belief that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct is suspected;
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandates account suspension; or
• The account poses an elevated financial crime risk.

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period following KYC completion. Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, all balances — including bonus and bonus-derived funds — may be forfeited.
